Anna and I had a GREAT time photographing Charles and Kimsey’s wedding this past weekend at Sea Island. Their wedding took place at the Cloister gardens at Sea Island (the main resort area) and then we continued on to the reception over at the Beach Club (gorgeous!). We were thrilled to photograph their wedding – more photographs to come on Pictage!

The Cloister at Sea Island
This is inside the Cloister – one of the hallways leading to the gardens where Kimsey and Charles were married.
I just love this shot Anna captured
Sea Island’s Lodge – this is where Kimsey prepared in the morning
We loved her bouquet
Charles watching Kimsey come down the aisle
This shot was taken with a 45mm tilt-shift lens.
A photograph of the groomsmen preparing for their toast
We took a few minutes (quite literally) away from the reception to take these photographs
One of my favorite photographs from Charles and Kimsey’s first dance
A night photograph of Sea Island’s Beach Club
These shots were taken the next day – we did a sunrise trash the dress! (and got some amazing photographs)
I love this photograph. It was a rather large wave that went by – I was able to capture this before the wave got to Kimsey and Charles. In the background is the Beach Club & Sea Island.
Anna and Spencer are married full-time wedding photographers together based in Atlanta and have been shooting for over five years. While based in Atlanta, Anna and Spencer travel quite a bit for weddings - some of the locations include France, Italy, the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands, and all along the East Coast of the United States (NYC, Charleston, Hilton Head, Sea Island). They enjoy a challenge, new locations, and love what they do (and love that they can create outstanding imagery of weddings together).
Anna and Spencer are regular speakers locally and nationally on a wide variety of photography topics ranging from lighting to getting published. .
